My husband and I decided to sell our home and really wanted to use a realtor who was open and honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, would understand our needs, and help us get the most profit from selling our home. LaKisa hit every mark with high standards. Since she has significant knowledge and experience in selling/buying in the Metropolitan area, it made the selling process quick and easy. She took the time to explain every detail of selling our home (and we had a lot of questions). She was always available to take our calls and replied back to text and emails quickly; which is important when dealing with time sensitive matters. Her attention to detail and reliability is unmatched. I will admit that LaKisa surpassed our expectations.

Kisa was well-versed on all types of loans including VA loans. I thought I researched all the VA information, but she proved me wrong. Kisa was able to not only provide me with additional information, she showed me where she found the information. Kisa is responsive and has a keen sense of the housing market. It has been awesome working with Lakisa. I wanted to refinance my current home, prepare it for renting out, and purchase a new home all at once and she helped me with all three actions. I used her bank contacts and got a great rate for my refinance. She also knows the DMV housing market very well and provided a number of resources and contacts. She has a slew of professionals on hand who provided quotes. Most importantly, she’s super responsive. I can contact her at any time and she responds right away and quickly made arrangements to view homes. She also acted quickly to submit my offer- even working til almost 10pm that day to submit it. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or buy a home. Really passionate and thorough! A rare find!
