About LaMarr

With over 30 years of real estate experience, LeMarr has a more personalized approach to the real estate business, and his goal is to provide all his clients with superior service in every transaction. In 1975 he graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BS in Industrial Management degree. Starting in Real Estate in North Carolina over 30 years ago, he has been involved in all facets of the real estate business, including brokerage, development, marketing, and management. He specializes in the sale of resort real estate, waterfront, residential, and commercial properties. In 1992, he moved to Northern Michigan to manage project sales at Shanty Creek/Schuss Mountain. In 1999, he began working with Boyne USA Resorts, assisting in real estate sales, product development and resort master planning. He played a key role in the expansion of Boyne Mountain with the development of the Mountain Grand Lodge & Spa and Avalanche Bay. He is committed to providing top-notch service to individuals and families looking to make Northern Michigan a part of their life. Whether it is a piece of vacant land or a resort cottage, he strives to match buyers with the perfect piece of property for them. As a realtor, he recognizes the importance of staying current with the issues pertaining to the fast-paced real estate industry. To that end, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR) and Northern Michigan Association of Realtors (NMMLS). He has access to a broad range of resources that allows him to remain knowledgeable and provide his clients with the best possible services.
