Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Heidi Bui relocated to Folsom in 2017 for the area’s extensive nature preserves and trails. She serves all of Greater Sacramento, working with a wide range of clientele from first-time homebuyers and sellers to clients looking to relocate, upgrade, downsize, or pursue new developments.
A skilled communicator and negotiator, Heidi offers a quick turnaround and a streamlined closing process. With over a decade of professional experience as a senior tax auditor, as well as over 20 years of customer service experience, she draws upon her strong analytical skills and personability to provide her clients with the best experience possible.
A first-generation American fluent in English and Cantonese, Heidi had to help her parents navigate the various trials and tribulations of integrating into America starting from a young age, an experience common to those for whom English is not their first language. At age 23, she helped them become homeowners; shortly thereafter, at age 25, she became a homeowner herself. These life experiences have led her to prioritize accessibility and inclusion in her career. By being attentive to the unique needs of each client, she offers exceptional service, consistently going above and beyond expectations.
Prior to pursuing a career as a real estate professional, Heidi earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Sacramento in 2010. Outside of work, Heidi likes spending quality time with her family and enjoys engaging in outdoor activities such as camping, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and exploring the great outdoors.
