We worked with Lana Miles in our first home search and she helped us get our first home as new construction condominium in heart of Bay Area within our budget, despite the fact that inventories were low. She is very hard working and available round the clock to answer any queries we may have. Being a first time home buyer, we had so many question and she patiently answered all of them. I was pregnant during that time, and working with her was no stress. She will not pressure to put an offer to any house, takes time to work with clients to go through the disclosures, clearly state if we need to put more money for repairs etc. to ensure we stay in our budget. She is very prompt in answering questions either via call or messages. I will definitely recommend her.

We were able to accomplish our home purchase, thanks to consistent effort put by Lana Miles along with Jelena Gapasin of Westbrook Reality.
In this hot market with multiple offers on a home, it became very difficult to even enter the market.
This is where we found Lana and Jelena put extra efforts in making the offer accepted.
They were quick to act and guided us on the market conditions and every step of the home buying process.

We worked with Lana to purchase our first SFH and we have had very pleasant experience working with her. First things first, Lana has setup multiple zoom calls to make us understand entire home buying process in detail. For first few homes we liked, Lana has spent good amount of time giving us detailed walkthrough of inspection reports, disclosures,CMA reports etc. Being first time home buyer, i had 100s of questions and Lana has been very patient in answering each and every question clearly. For few homes, I was little aggressive to put an offer after seeing home and reviewing high level disclosures but Lana has brought out certain problems with the home which we couldnt have figured out ourselves. This shows her interest in getting best possible home for her customer instead of making customers buy any home ASAP just to close transaction. Lana has been very responsive and responded to almost all of my questions in timely manner. Finally, i would like to thank Lana for helping us find and buy the home we liked in this crazy 2021 housing market.

My husband and I were looking to buy a home for almost an year but we couldn’t decide on New Construction Vs. Old. And in the aggressively expensive Bay Area market, Lana was a god send. We were hesitant initially but as we got to know her and talked to her, we were amazed at her knowledge and the ease with which she’d helped us understand the pros and cons of the real estate market.

She thoroughly researches the market, neighborhood, location, schools, natural light, floor plans, configurations and much more, all the while taking into account our desirability, needs and religious concerns.

Once we’d narrowed on the house we’d liked, she was on top of everything. She did her research and advised us appropriately on the offer process and helped us make offers that were comfortably within our budget range. She’d negotiated with the builder and did everything in her power to make our offer a success.

She was tactfully aggressive and kept us in the loop all the way through the negotiations, all on a stringent timeline. She was at her best and negotiated a price $210K less than the listing price of the house, and made it possible for us to call the house ‘Our Home.’

The whole process of home buying being a daunting, tiring and draining exercise, with Lana’s help all fell into place more smoothly than any other realtor review we’d heard from friends and family.

We firmly believe that it wouldn’t have possible for us to buy the house that we’d seen and loved from the beginning without Lana’s help and her smart handling of offer dynamics. Her dedication and attention and extremely quick and apt responsiveness makes her a great asset in the tiring journey of home buying.

We strongly recommend her, especially to all the young and first time home buyers.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Lana is very dynamic, professional, friendly and goal oriented. As a first time home buyers, she guided us step by step in the entire process without putting any kind of pressure. Communication and relationship building are the key qualities for Lana. Lana eats, lives and breathes Real Estate! I interviewed several agents before her, but none of them was a match for me. I felt that I could trust her because at the very first meeting Lana was very straightforward and transparent! She is not pushy and very patient! She listens!

Lana works all the time and always picks up the phone! As a first time home buyer, you might need a lot of attention and hand-holding. My recommendation would be to go with a full-service brokerage versus the discount brokerages, especially if this is your first time!

Initially, I started working with a discount brokerage, and I realized that I need to switch to a full-service brokerage when I found the house that I liked and I called my agent at 7 PM, and she never responded. She never returned my call. I called the next day, but the house went pending!!! I learned the hard way, so that is why I recommend you to work with an agent who works around the clock and has assistance and team to support!

The service that I got from Lana was not even comparable to what I got from the discount broker, and ..It cost me nothing! The commissions are paid by the sellers! I did no get a rebate or cashback from her(which is usually around $5000), but Lana helped me to save over $100, 000 with her negotiation skills and network in the real estate industry! Thank you, Lana!
