Lana Mohs

With over a decade of experience in the Wausau real estate market. Whether it be finding the perfect home or helping to sell their existing home, I have helped hundreds of families meet their real estate goals. With a strong attention to the many details involved in real estate deals and a solid work ethic, you can be sure you will always be taken care of when working with me.

I have several educational designations which include: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), e-PRO (Technology Professional), SFR (NAR Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). My educational designations allow me to help a wide variety of clients with many of their home buying or selling questions. I also teach at the Greater Real Estate Academy. As an instructor at the Greater Real Estate Academy, I am also knowledgeable in real estate legalities, helping you save from the costly mistakes that can be made by working with other agents or selling your home on your own.

I serve on the Board of Directors for the Central Wisconsin Board of Realtors. I collaborate with both Realtors and property owners to ensure the interests of all are safeguarded. I also serve on the WRA Convention Committee and am involved with the Wausau Area Builders Association and Wausau Apartment Association.

In 1997 I moved to the Wausau area and have enjoyed the area ever since. I have won the Exit Leadership Award from Exit Realty of Wisconsin. I have also won the Woman of the Year Award from the YWCA and take great pride in being an active community member, participating in many of the areas fundraising events. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, camping on our land and spoiling my many grandchildren.
