Hands down the best realtor out there. Lance helped my wife an I purchase our first home in this very difficult sellers market. He helped guide us through the entire home buying process, and made it very easy for us to understand. After multiple showings and offers on houses, and several months of searching for the right home, Lance helped us craft our offer on the house of our dreams, which the seller had accepted the same day! Lance was very communicative, quick to respond, and always put what was best for us first. We couldn't have imagined doing this without him. Highly recommend.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience selling my late mother’s house, with the help of Lance Dunn. When alive she worked with Lance regarding her own real estate needs so I had no hesitation to contact him when my own need arose.

Through every step of the process, through house preparation through the final steps towards closing Lance was not only professional and efficient, but genuinely compassionate and considerate. He took into account my own needs and timeline but at the same time made sure I was aware of requirements to make the deal go smoothly.

He provided genuine and reliable advice as how to move the deal forward as well as what to expect in terms of potential obstacles. And more importantly – how to negotiate or pre-empt any pitfalls in the sale.

I would gladly deal with Lance again to either sell or buy property, and highly recommend him to anyone considering his agency.
