The absolute best realtor ever. When I was introduced to Lance, I had just dealt with several realtors who were only interested in their commissions. I was also really turned off by the idea of people in and out of my home whenever. Consequently, I had decided to sell my home to an investor and take a loss. Lance turned this all around. He assured me he could make the selling of my home an easy process and he was true to his word. He arranged for professional photos, placed my home on the market on Thursday, scheduled the open house (4 hours on Saturday, 2 hours on Sunday), and my house was sold by 7pm Sunday evening at a price $20k above asking!!!

This was not the best part. Moving is stressful for most people but it was more stressful for me because I was
moving to another state, looking for a new home, and I am a 72 year old retired Air Force veteran. There were so many days when I was emotional and stressed to the max. I believe the average realtor would have walked away. Not Lance. He never changed. He was the same kind, gentle, compassionate reassuring man every day. He was a friend, I was his family and I could not have survived the sale of my home and the relocation without him.

His professional staff was an extension of him. No problem to small and no issue to big to handle. Closing was a breeze. Further, my closing costs were unbelievably low!!

I am now safe and happy in Georgia with my granddaughters and Lance still calls or sends messages. I will always be so grateful for God sending him to me and you will be too. Everyone should experience the blessing of Lance Merrick . He is an Outstanding Realtor, but he is also an Outstanding Person.

The bottom line is that Lance and his team are top notch professionals with a zeal for the business unlike I’ve seen. Lance was always on task and on top of every situation that arose from our sale. His experience, tenacity and confidence in his craft were impressive to me, and I’m not easily impressed.

The story: I live out of state and my father had become very ill to the point that I needed to relocate him and sell his home. My realtor here in my home state conducted a search and found Lance and as an experienced realtor, she was impressed with his credentials and accomplishments. I flew in town to meet Lance once and the rest of the business was conducted over the phone or email. This was not an easy deal as it involved a client out of state and a lot of hoops and surprises to deal with. Lance didn’t flinch at the challenge. There were constantly issues that arose just due to the fact that the primary owner, my dad was incapacitated and unable to give us much of the information we needed about the home. Lance met every obstacle with tenacity and got us through it in a fairly short time. He was had an answer for every problem and seemed to be working every problem from the top of his head because of his experience. Lance is also very kind and patient even in stressful situations, he was very supportive during this difficult time for my family. Lance is an impressive force in his industry and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor.

My fiance Steve and I were moving out of state and on a time crunch to purchase our new forever home. Lance took videos for me because I was out of town and knew facts about our purchase that I didn't know (but should have) because he is detail-oriented. This team made finding, buying, and selling a home incredibly easy.  Every step was simplified by the group and all the "busy" work was taken off our shoulders.  I was extremely impressed with how simple it was to sell our first home and move into our second home.  There is a lot of love, care, and understanding from this team and that is what made the experience so comfortable and simple.

I recently sold my house but it needed quite a bit of work, here and there, before it was ready to hit the market. I hardly made any calls for that to happen, SPACES Real Estate literally did everything for me to get my house "market ready". They always answered my calls/messages and always kept me in the loop on everything. Ceci and Lance were amazing and made the process super easy!

Our experience with Lance at SPACES Real Estate was exceptional! Not only is Lance an amazing, knowledgable and professional realtor--he's an outstanding, honest (even when it's not exactly what you want to hear, lol) and all around great human being! Lance knows his profession well and it showed in our journey of finding the perfect place to call home.
