Lance Phillips

Starting in 1993, Lance worked in the Butler County auditor’s office where he learned the workings of property assessment. He worked there until 2000 when he went to work in the Petroleum Industry. In the petroleum industry he worked with every major oil company, assisting with field implementation of industry standards; working closely with all regulatory agencies, as well as serving as a subject matter expert in assisting governmental agencies in keeping abreast of security measures, in credit card protections.

Through helping government agencies, and oil companies, he realized how much he likes helping people. This passion, coupled with his unique knowledge of government and property maintenance, seemed only natural that he become a realtor; and help people with their largest purchase. This is where he has found his passion.
