About Lance

Lance Sitzmann was born and raised in Le Mars, Iowa in an avid farming family and purchased and managing several apartments. After graduating from Westmar College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1974, he began my career in real estate with a large nearby firm. It did not take long to learn he had a true passion for selling real estate and in 1976, opened his own brokerage firm in Le Mars, Iowa -Lance Sitzmann Real Estate. He is truly blessed for that decision because selling real estate has been such a rewarding career for his family and him. It has been a true honor assisting thousands of clients and building relationships over the years especially with the help of his wife Patty and his son Shane and his wife Peggy. They provide a positive real estate experience with standards of excellence that will meet every client’s unique real estate needs.
