Would give Landed 6/5 rating if possible. I've been extremely impressed with his ability to provide consultation, his quick response times, and ability to hold my best interest at heart. We've closed multiple deals together already, and will continue to do so for many years to come. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an intelligent realtor who does business the right way.

Landen was AMAZING, you guys. He helped us sell our home in Shawnee, KS. He was knowledgeable about the local market and walked us through all the finer details about the process, including tips to make our house look great for showings. Landen had a professional photographer AND videographer come out to our home, and they took beautiful shots for the listing! The video had nearly 2K views on Facebook alone! Our house was on and off the market in less than 48 hours!! Landen was responsive to me with all of my questions as the seller, and to buyers and their agents. Negotiations were quick and painless and we are thrilled with with Landen’s service from start to finish. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Landen helped us with both buying and selling.
He was able to create a bidding war when selling our home, and we got ABOVE ASKING PRICE! He guided us, and was incredibly knowledgeable about exactly what our house was worth. His patience was soo appreciated. We trusted him fully, and sold our house in the first weekend it was on the market!
When buying a new home, he was totally available to us. He went with me to every home, and was incredibly patient and kind about my many silly questions. His ability to explain even the most complicated aspects of real estate to me was so appreciated! He is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to ensure my family has the best home, for the best price.
