About Landin

I am driven to exceed the expectations of those I serve and provide an outstanding value to my clients. I grew up in Littleton, CO. I did my education at BYU and got a B.A. in Communications Advertising. I also lived in Spain for 2 years and learned to speak Spanish Fluently. I now live in Highlands Ranch, CO. I'm married with 4 kids. I coach my kids in basketball and I've volunteered in the past at a local High School to help coach the Freshman Basketball Team. I have been helping people buy and sell homes since 2007 and I've helped over 800 individuals and families through the process. I was so lucky to get into the business when I did and learn how to do the fundamentals that helped me get through the recession and then grow as the market improved. I am laser focused on providing more value than what I am paid for each client I work with. I use Video more than 99% of other agents to market our listings in a much warmer, inviting way that creates more showings. I believe in Negotiating for my clients and learning as much as I can about being a great negotiator. I will always stand being my clients, be their advocate each step in the transaction and truly believe in my fiduciary responsibility that I hold.
