Landon Hutchison

Landon has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, beginning his career at a boutique firm in Beverly Hills and working his way up to partner and Vice President. His company was bought out by Coldwell Banker Previews in Beverly Hills where he continued his successful career as a top producer. After meeting his wife, Landon relocated to New York and signed on with Wolf Hill Brokerage. He is very excited to be part of Douglas Elliman Real Estate which is ranked 1st in New York and 4th in the U.S.

Landon invests in real estate himself, renovating properties and then flipping them for profit. He also started a full-service construction and home inspection company. Landon has a diverse background in many facets of the real estate industry including; buying, selling, construction and design. His wide range of real estate knowledge is extremely beneficial to his clients and customers. Landon's bicoastal luxury experience is a perfect fit for Long Island's Gold Coast properties and estates. Originally from Iowa, Landon still retains his Midwestern manners and values. His cool-headed and even temperament is an asset to have on your team when negotiating deals.

When taking a break from the real estate business, Landon spends time with his family. He also enjoys coaching his children's baseball and football teams.
