Working with Lane was an absolute blessing! He is beyond professional, but also helpful and caring in a way that made buying my first home on my own an easy and enjoyable process. He kept me informed of any updates or responsibilities so that everything moved smoothly and was always there to listen to me vent or calm my concerns. Lane even took the time to review my co-op board application with me page by page until I was confident it was ready. I would recommend Lane a million times over- you will not be disappointed! Job extremely well done!

Lane is simply incredible. My wife and I just closed on our first home, and Lane's guidance and expertise made the process as easy as possible. After we first contacted him, it was immediately apparent that his attention to clients is second to none. When we had questions, Lane always had prompt answers. He also provided a lot of information and tips on things to look for when going to open houses, which proved to be invaluable. Thank you!

I like everything. Lane Clark is professional supportive and he is there for you at all times. The process of buying a property is very stressful but with Lane everything goes smoothly and he makes you feel confident. If you are in doubt he clarifies anything for you. He explains everything to you in very simple terms. He is the perfect realtor for first time buyers just like me. His expertise makes a great difference. Lane Clark was our realtor for our home of 17 years, which we just sold and closed on last week. We had tried other realtors, however, the work that Lane puts in you cannot compare! Our house went out on the market on a Thursday, that same day we had several requests to see our house that Friday. Saturday, and Sunday. Our buyers were from that very first weekend. Lane did not stop there, his advice and guidance ensured we got top dollar for our home. You call or text Lane, day or night, he will respond. He is a true, professional hard working agent who recognizes the importance of partnering with the client to get the job done. We have recommended Lane to several strangers, and friends and will continue to do so going forward.

My husband and I were working with another agent but unfortunately we had no luck since we were in a hurry to buy a house.

By chance, we contacted Lane thinking he was the selling agent for one of the homes we were looking at. The first time we spoke he was attentive and even helped us with some information we needed even though he was not our agent at that time.

Some time later, my husband and I decided to end the contract with our first agent, and without hesitation we turned to Lane to search for the home of our dreams.

From the first moment we knew that we had made the best decision. Lane is a great professional, very patient and optimistic, always willing to answer questions because he is a person who knows a lot about his business. He speaks Spanish very well which is a plus.

Looking for a house in times of pandemic has been the most stressful thing we have experienced, but Lane always gave us the best advice to wait and find the perfect house and that was it.

De casualidad, contactamos a Lane pensando que era el agente vendedor de una de las casas que estabamos buscando. La primera vez que hablamos fue atento e incluso nos ayudó con una Información que necesitabamos aunque el no era nuestro agente en ese momento.

Tiempo despues, mi esposo y yo decidimos terminar el contrato con nuestro primer agente, y sin dudarlo buscamos a Lane para buscar la casa de nuestros sueños.
