We were first time home buyers and found a plan for a new build that we fell in love with. Lanee made the process so much easier. We started working with a builder without her and that was a huge mistake. She walked us the process, advocated for us, and was and was immeasurably helpful during the construction process. We were so thankful to have her experience and we went from feeling completely unsure and uneasy to confident and relaxed. She is someone you want in your corner for the homebuying process.
