Where should I begin here?
Langston, was amazing during our home by process. He was so attentive, so engaging, encouraging, available, no matter the time! ( I tried to be mindful ) but it was our first time buying so I was nervous and had so many questions... He was there along the way and was so reassuring. He literally worked for us. We met Langston at an open house and immediately could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business. We hired him to help negotiate the purchase of our new home that same day. We were still on the fence about whether or not we wanted to sell our home FSBO or through a realtor but after a few days of having Langston negotiate the purchase of our new home and seeing how much passion and hard work he puts in to his career, we decided to go ahead and hire him to also sell our existing home. That turned out to be the best decision we could have made because we ended up selling our house BEFORE it even went on the market! Langston was always there to answer all of our questions and always went to bat for us with everything we needed to get both of our deals done. We had a lot of obstacles to navigate, especially in the beginning (outside of ours or Langston's control), and he did great job getting us through it all. If you are looking for a realtor, I can't recommend Langston enough!
