Larry is a class act in every sense of the word. He is nothing but professional. Larry honestly cares about his clients and is always looking to help them better their life. Whether that be selling someone’s first home or buying a new piece of property, or helping them to build a dream home. Larry has helped me do all of these and I couldn't think of a better person to do business with. I have known Larry since our youth and he has always been a man of character and class. But more than my real-estate agent Larry is a friend and someone who always has my best interest at heart. That what you get with Larry as your agent, a man of class who put you and your best interest into every decision he helps you make. I am thankful for him and the work he does.

Even before day 1, Lari went above and beyond to help my family and I find the right home due to our relocation.

Covid did not stop Lari from visiting homes to perform video walk throughs and when we arrived to the final picks, Lari committed his entire time to ensuring we found what we needed.

Fast forward 2 years and we called on Lari again. This time to sell the property he initially found us.

Lari stepped up, did hos research, made recommendations and stuck to his commitments.

His hard work and dedication allowed for us to not only sell in under a week, but at asking price (right where we wanted to be).

I found Lari by calling on a house as we started looking without a local realtor. I explained to Lari our needs and the timeline we had to work with. He was kind, compassionate and driven to help us find what worked for our family. He was honest and even dealt with another really unresponsive, difficult realtor to work on closing our home. Thanks to him and his associate we were able to close with very little time delays, which allowed us to move in and care for my father-in-law as he was discharged from the hospital.
I would recommend Lari with no hesitation or reservations. A+ Realtor in my book. 🙂

Having Northfork Realty represent my husband and me in our home sale was a wise choice on our part. From the beginning of the process, Lari Gillaspie, our agent, was totally involved in all aspects of selling our home. From the initial listing to the numerous follow-ups both with emails and phone calls, along with personal visits while we were still at our residence.

Lari is by far the most knowledgeable, courteous, and professional broker we’ve ever hired to work with us. He keeps in touch and follows up on any questions or concerns. He went above and beyond, showing us over a dozen houses in several counties. He got 3 offers accepted by the sellers and helped us get through inspections, but we ended up not buying the first two because they needed more work. We ultimately bought a house that had none of the features we insisted we needed and it also needs work but we love it! And here’s the best part—Lari never once said a word about that! He just cheerfully helped us through the transaction, which went faster and smoother than any of our previous home purchases have ever done. We’d recommend him, and have already referred several friends to work with him.

And that we understood all of our options before making very important decisions. He guided us through the process of selling our home, and offered very knowledgeable advice. Our house had more attention and offers within the first three days than we ever imagined. He sorted through all the offers finding us the best option, which wound up being the highest offer. When working with Lari, he was not only prompt and quick with all questions but he treated us like family. Find answers to all questions we had and finding us the best home we could ask for. Every step of the way he help guide us through from buying a new house to selling our old house.he went above and beyond what was asked of him. You can tell he's not just in it for the money, but in it to change life's in the most positive way. Releaving the most stressful part on our shoulder and taking them on himself. Purchasing our first house from Lari was a great experience. We had been looking for a few weeks and went to look at a property Lari’s agency was selling. Up till then we didn’t have an agent but we liked Lari so much we decided to let him help us find our dream home. He immediately helped us find several options that fit our criteria and it wasn’t long before we decided on one.
