Larry & Cherrel Kirkland

Cherrel began her real estate career in 1989 after moving to Shasta County from San Jose. Larry has enjoyed many careers including the US Navy, Northrup Services under contract with NASA and owning a swimming pool contruction business for 20 years in Shasta County. When he retired from the pool construction business he decided to use his real estate license and knowlege to join Cherrel and work together as a team at Banner Real Estate.

Thus, Team Kirkland was born and the constant partnership since 1973 begins a new era in working together. We find that we enjoy working together in helping our clients obtain their Real Estate goals. Together we have the knowledge and the expertise to guide our clients through any Real Estate transaction from principle residence to new construction to business ownership or acquiring income producing rental properties. We are here to assist in the process from start to finish.

Cherrel also enjoys working as a Shasta Lake Planning Commissioner and being a member and Past President of Soroptimist International of Redding. Larry is a member of the Redding Elks Club and the Shasta Lake Lions Club. Community service is an important part of our lives and we enjoy taking the time to help others outside of our Real Estate business.
