Larry is very knowledgeable about the trends in the areas which was important for us because we are flipping houses. When we had questions Larry would respond quickly and if he didn't know he would find out and get the answer to us. We had a short window of time to buy a house, during the worst winter Syracuse had seen in a long time, (February 2015). While we were about to give up he was very attentive and patient. Needless to say we found the house thanks to him. If asked, would we hire him again? The answer is yes, and in fact we already have.
