We have used Alaska Dream Makers in three real estate transactions in an 8 year period. My wife's job allowed her to know all the different real estate agents and companies over the years and she knew the high level of satisfaction with Larry and Jacques clients. She also knew Larry's and my personalities would be easy to establish a lasting trust in our real estate transactions over the years. Larry and Jacque know the real estate market very well. They will meet with their prospective clients to go over their marketing plan that has proven effective for them and their clients, us included. We sold both our properties in an extremely short period of time by listening to them and following their recommendations. Larry and Jacque present a very professional demeanor in dealing with their clients. They are always available to address any needs or answer questions. They always keep their clients appraised of the progress of their clients transactions, all the way to closing and beyond if necessary. They ensure their clients interests are always their top priority! I would not hesitate to use Alaska Dream Makers again for any real estate transaction if the need ever arises again. I know I will get the best client care they can possibly give!

I moved to Alaska in 2004. When I wanted to purchase a home, Larry and Jacque Ficek were recommended by a friend who had found them to be helpful... even though they were representing the other person in a real estate transaction! Both Larry and Jacque were open, honest, knowledgeable and very helpful when finding homes to show me. They pointed out things that I would not have noticed on my own regarding different homes and neighborhoods. Their professionalism made the purchase negotiations easy and quick.
