As first time home buyers, it can be a stressful process, but Larry made the process stress free and explained everything throughly from start to close which kept our nerves at ease. He was very knowledgeable about VA home loans which is hard to find in a realtor. We would definitely do business with him again if and when we are in the market for another home.

Being a veteran myself, we were attracted to the veterans status of this company. We were WOWED immediately! This was a relaxing and satisfying experience right from the initial call. Larry and his team listened to what we needed and provided a detailed and efficient plan with great speed in my opinion. We were impressed at the way everything went as planned, on time, every time which was always a great relief. We preferred a quick sale and Larry provided over the top service. Daily updates, or more as we needed, he even made sure our house was kept up as we had vacated. We are really grateful for Larry and his team doing all this while we were 2000 miles away. We used larry to buy our first home in Seminole, Fl about 5 years ago. We had a rather low budget but wound up with a beautiful home. I considered it my “starter” Floridian home with every intent to sell and upgrade. My daughter and her roommate love the home but I really wanted to try to sell and get a home closer to the beach or on the water. I again reached out to Larry, and he paired me with THE BEST realtor ever, Kenny. Despite my neighborhood being a nice but not “A” neighborhood , Kenny . Larry, Darling Richelle, all guided me on what to do to make the home show like a model home. It truly is lovely, just not exactly where I want to be. Within a week. Larry and Kenny set up everything . Our Open house ( 2 days) yielded many offers with one as Kenny said “ broke the ceiling” for my neighborhood . And helped my neighbors too lol. SO imagine my surprise when the daughter and roommate pleaded with me not to sell. I listened. 😬During this time Kenny showed endless patience with showing me every home I wanted to see, and we came close to buying the dream, almost. So, I was not able to purchase the dream home bc I didn’t sell the present one. I truly don’t know how they showed such class, understanding and compassion when I will be the first to admit we drove them crazy. They are a team that should be a role model for every realty group out there. Kenny is more than my realtor, I consider him a true friend. I KNOW I will be selling the home in the next year or so and I would never, ever use anybody but Kenny, Larry and Richelle. And I’ve worked with a number of other realtors previously. Do yourself a favor and forget everybody else. They are the only realtors I would use and I highly recommend you do the same. Commitment, patience, kindness, knowledge , responsive, simply the BEST! This review is coming from a guy who isn’t very fond of realtors. I had no intentions of using one but I was in a hurry to close fast and had already had 2 deals fall through. Larry came highly recommended and for 2% commission he’s quite a bargain. He signed the listing agreement on a Thursday and already was doing an open house on Saturday. I was back under contract in under 2 weeks and closed in 30 days. His website might be “isellpinellas.com” but this listing was in Hillsborough and he still got the job done for me. He’s also a military veteran so I was happy he got my business. I’d recommend him to anyone.

In the crazy Real Estate Market that is Florida (Especially the Tampa area) buying or selling a Home without Fischer Veterans Realty is like trying to catch fish with an empty hook. You might be lucky and snag one but it's not going to be something you'd put on a plate for dinner! Without the depth of knowledge specific to our area or the breath of skills amassed on the Team at Fischer Veteran Realty I'd still be renting and paying the landlords mortgage off. Instead we are enjoying the fruits of Home Ownership in our beloved Tampa area of Western Florida!

It is with all sincerity that I very gladly and enthusiastically write this review for Don Fazio, our amazing realtor, and the Larry Fischer Military Veteran Realty team. I have so much to say that this write up is pretty lengthy, but if you don’t read it all, the only piece you need to know is – FIVE STARS, all the way, and we fully and completely recommend Don, who is undoubtedly the most passionate, energetic, committed realtor you could ask for.

From the very first minute I reached out to the office (thanks to a recommendation from a friend who also used this team for her family’s home search), I was impressed with the timeliness of the responses I got, the friendly and welcoming approach everyone had, and the way everyone made me and my wife (first time home buyers) feel at ease about the whole process. Since that first contact, we never stopped being impressed all the way through to the end, when we successfully and timely closed on our first home, all thanks to Don and his team.

To put this entire review in context, I should say that as mentioned above, my wife and I are first time home buyers who both had very limited knowledge about the process. In addition to that, we were living in West Virginia at the time we started the home buying process, it was during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we were constantly doing a million things to wrap up our jobs, pack up our WV apartment, and coordinate our actual move across 1,000+ miles to Florida. So, it was a bit hectic, to say the least. But none of that phased Don, and he remained a constant, reassuring presence every step of the way.

Even with all those constraints, we still managed to find a house we loved, in a location that was perfect for us, and closed in 30 days, all thanks to Don (with some amazing last minute assistance from Larry and his drone!). From start to finish, Don was responsive and incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions big and small (with LOTS of extra patience for me when I was getting extra frazzled by different parts of the process). He also provided us with great advice and feedback, which helped us feel knowledgeable, informed, and confident about any decisions we had to make. And, he always had great recommendations when we needed them, thanks to his extensive network of contacts. Even though we had a far smaller budget than perhaps many other clients of his, he never made us feel less important. Our home and satisfaction as clients felt like it was just as valuable to him as someone spending hundreds of thousands more than us. I honestly do not even think I can recount the number of times my wife and I said to each other, “Thank goodness for Don.” Like, for example, when he agreed to give us a virtual tour of the home we ended up buying, spending more than an hour at the property with us on FaceTime so we could really know if we wanted to make an offer on the house. Or, when he advised us perfectly on how to make an offer that would get selected by the seller out of the many other offers on the property. Or, the many times he made sure that all the other parties in this process were doing what they needed to do to make sure we closed on time. Or especially that one time he went out to the house with Larry and a drone to make sure we had the photos of the new roof that was put on the house that were needed to get an updated inspection report completed in order to get the insurance so we could close just 36 hours later.

We couldn’t have done it without him, and are so incredibly grateful that he was our realtor. We are absolutely coming back to him when it’s time to buy again (good thing that won’t be for a while, Don, you get a bit of a break from my panicked messages!). Do yourself a favor, if you’re looking for a realtor, call Don Fazio and the Larry Fischer Military Veteran Realty team. You will not regret it.

The team around Fischer, also ask you what you are looking for they arrange the showings based on your availability and time. They make sure you see as many homes as necessary to allow you to make the best decision for you and or your family.

In the span of 36 hrs I saw numerous homes and was able to find the perfect home, for my children and myself.

Larry and his team were awesome. Being this was our first time buying a home we weren't quite sure where to start. We met Larry at a showing where we had not yet hired a realtor and weren't sure if we were going to. We liked Larry's go-getter approach but not pushy. He always made it happen when we needed to look at houses right away or at odd times due to our schedules. Larry did a superb job selling out rental home. We received a full ask offer (record amount per s/f for than neighborhood) within 24 hours of going on the market and were closed in 25 days. His strategic-minded approach to the selling / closing process kept us in the driver's seat throughout. Larry is experienced, punctual, available, honest and very hard working. I enjoyed working with Larry and his team. He is very organized which I like and helps me stay on track. The coordination skills of letting each person/agency know in the same email is a big help so that everyone is on the same page. He even made the process of getting needed services easier by sending a list of cable, electric, waste, utility phone numbers where I could just refer to it and know exactly who to call. He addresses all questions asked whether it was text or email or phone. I appreciate his going the 2nd mile in thinking of what you need before you need it. And I am thankful he worked so hard for us to get us the home we wanted by our family. That as they say is priceless!!! Thanks Larry and Fisher Mil Vet Realty..
