You have many choices when selecting a real estate agent. Good choices. But, even though he has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Drake University, it's what he has learned in life that really shapes his attitude about service with home buyers and sellers. For instance, even though he loves learning about computers, he has found that many agents get so involved with trying to make their computers work and "playing around" with them that they don't focus on YOU! As an example, in the time that it would take for him to put all this information on his site alone, he could be focusing on the needs of buyers and sellers. He would rather pay someone who is talented to do this for him in order to free his time for showing, marketing, client phone calls and contacts.
