With over a decade of experience in real estate, Larry Pauly brings a seasoned, results-driven approach to helping clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence. Over the course of his career, Larry has successfully closed over 100 transactions, building a reputation for steady guidance, thoughtful strategy, and consistent follow-through.

Larry’s expertise extends well beyond traditional brokerage. He has worked closely with real estate investors and has hands-on experience overseeing property renovations across multiple projects. This background allows him to offer clients practical insight into value, construction considerations, and long-term investment potential—an advantage that proves invaluable in today’s market.

As a member of the Allred Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, Larry is part of a collaborative, high-performing team known for delivering exceptional service and results. The team is proud to now serve clients from their new office location at 3825 Edwards Road, Suite 400, placing them in the heart of one of Cincinnati’s most vibrant corridors.

Before transitioning into real estate, Larry spent more than 25 years as a professional fundraiser, working with several of Cincinnati’s most respected nonprofit organizations. That experience sharpened his ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and build lasting relationships—skills that now define his client approach.

Outside of real estate, Larry enjoys a full and active life with his wife, Jennifer, their dog Sadie, and their grown children, Max and Lindsay. He and Jennifer are longtime supporters of the University of Cincinnati, where Larry graduated, regularly attending performances at the College-Conservatory of Music, Bearcat football games, and CCM dance performances.

As a graduate of the UC Design, Architecture, Art & Planning College (DAAP), Larry has been a passionate photographer for over 30 years. Larry regularly enters his work in local shows and is especially known for his automotive photography. You’ll often find him at regional car shows and swap meets, camera in hand, capturing the craftsmanship and character of classic and modern vehicles alike.
