She was ranked in the top 1% of 45,000 agents worldwide with NRT, Sotheby’s International Realty parent company, placing her among the most elite real estate sales associates in the world. Latife continues to maintain and build on those relationships, referring her clients to Sotheby’s International Realty agents when they are wanting to buy or sell internationally.
Latife is detail orientated, analytical and has an innate ability to accurately analyze and advise on market values, trends, and investment opportunities. These skills, together with her passion of openly sharing the complexities of buying and selling wine country property, has attracted many of the most coveted buyers in the market from San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, and Asia.
