Latonya is the Broker/Owner of both Hamilton & Associates Real Estate & Investment Firm and Hamilton Mortgage Services, Inc., and has been in the business for over 25 years. Her passion for both industries, and helping people, set her apart from the rest. Her hands-on, personal touch, and unique ability to simplify the process for her clients, has resulted in a large percentage of return customers. Latonya prides herself on her availability and flexibility for her clients. Her knowledge and experience of the Mortgage Industry, enable her to be an even better Real Estate Broker, as knowledge and understanding is key when going through the homebuying process.
