THIS LADY!!! I’m can not say enough!!! She is amazing at what she does and definitely promises what she delivers and then some!!! To say she held my hand every step of the way is an understatement. She answered my calls and texts DAY & night ! She was there in person every step of the way and even was there when I needed an ear to listen/vent (and even cry!!) I could not have attained my goal of homeownership without her and that’s the god’s honest truth! She listens and understands your individual needs. More than willing and capable of going to bat for you and your best interest. After this entire process I consider her a personal family friend❤️. She will do everything in her power to get you into a wonderful, safe, and reliable home. I couldn’t of asked for a better realtor and I will DEFINITELY be using her again when it’s time for my next home !!!!

I don't know that I have enough words to truly express how wonderful our experience has been working with Latoya. From day one, it was clear that she had our backs and was truly invested in finding the right home for our family. There are so many unknowns with the ongoing pandemic and just house hunting in general, but we felt supported and informed every step of the way. Our questions were answered promptly; communication overall was amazing. If there was a house we were dying to see, Latoya would try her best to get us out on a tour same day, if possible. Touring homes with a small child meant we were constantly running behind schedule, but not once did we feel rushed.

As soon as we were under contract, Latoya and her team made sure we knew what to expect, that items (like inspections) were taken care of in a timely manner, and that there is constant communication with our lender and closing attorney. We're exactly a week away from closing and there is no way we would have gotten here without Latoya's guidance. The market is frustrating right now and there were a few times where we seriously considered just giving up. Latoya listening, offered sound advice and was willing to support us in anyway we needed. It was clearly about much more than securing a purchase - she truly wanted what was best for us.

She helps you find what you want and makes sure to tell you of any imperfection or issue you might have to address so you are ready for anything to happen. Latoya is very professional and was patient with helping us understand every step of the home-buying process. She worked tirelessly to negotiate for us and made sure that we got the best deal. She was very diligent and responded quickly to answer our concerns. She also kept everyone on schedule with proper reminders so that everything went smoothly and on time. Even though we were looking to purchase a home during a pandemic and an unpredictable market, Latoya eased our concerns as she understands the market conditions and has a great ability to make sound judgements. Overall, we were very happy to work with Latoya and would definitely recommend her to others, especially to first-time buyers!

Latoya, made the process of getting a house really easy super Tech friendly and communicative. Great point of contact, kept on check communication with the bank, contractor, lawyer, inspection, etc. Once small problems appeared she was quick to everything in her power to resolve them, made the experience of buying as good as it can be.
