Latrice Peay enjoyed a successful 18-year career with the State of California before transitioning
into real estate full-time. During her tenure with the state, she led multiple high-profile projects
and consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to
serving others. While she excelled in her government role, Latrice always carried a drive,
ambition, and passion for helping people more personally and directly.
Recognizing that her true purpose extended beyond state service, Latrice made the intentional
decision to elevate to the next chapter of her career. In 2021, she proudly left her state position to
pursue real estate full-time.
Today, as the owner of Latrice Peay & Co. Real Estate Group, LLC, she has built her business
around earning the confidence, respect, trust, and continued loyalty of each client. Latrice is
dedicated to putting her clients’ interests first, handling every transaction with honesty, integrity,
professionalism, and exceptional negotiation skills. She is committed to consistently exceeding
