I just had to take some time and sing my praises to LaTrina Clark Realty. Latrina both sold our old home and helped us purchase a new one all within the same month. After looking at some houses she picked out the exact home we wanted. This is a realtor that pays attention to details and gets the best deals for her clients. She is a true industry professional with tons of experience and business relationships. I am so happy we found LaTrina Clark Realty.

LaTrina was absolutely amazing! Her professionalism and attention to detail where spectacular, she jumped hurdles with us and never left us with unanswered questions. She worked tirelessly to sell our home and help us find a new one. She is VERY knowledgeable and educated us throughout the entire process. If you are looking to buy or sell your home I would definitely recommend LaTrina Clark as she has been a blessing to our family.

I never understood the importance of having a good, quality, knowledgeable realtor until I hired Mrs. Clark.
It’s not just about getting to the closing table with her. She pays close attention to details. Things like the smell of the home, neighbor’s, the actual location of the home, the roof, ac unit, even trees that may have to be cut down and what that may cost. She even thinks as far out as resale of the property.

I purchased my first home with Mrs. Clark and because she wrote such an awesome, impressive offer letter, the seller accepted our offer and I was in the home of my dreams. I have since then sold that home and I am now using her to purchase another.

To sum it all up, she’s very skilled at her craft and I wouldn’t think of using another realtor.
