My wife and I randomly ran into Laura at an open house. She wanted us to sign in and leave some information and I made her promise not to spam me; we had a laugh, looked at the house and were heading out when she asked us our thoughts. We told her we were just entertaining the idea of buying our first home and thought we were still years off from making that happen, but Laura gave us a nudge and said we might be closer than we think and the best thing to do is just check. With that in mind, we attended another open house and we fell in love with it and wanted something like it, so we called Laura and started moving things along.

Laura moved at a brisk pace, but made sure that we were always right along with her. She had us meet with a lender, we found out we were in a position to buy and started looking at homes within our budget. She came back with dozens of houses for us to mull over, and had us pick a short list to view in person. She got excited with us, and didn't stiffly stand around; she explored the houses along side us oohing and ahhing over the little details; not some clunky "could you see yourself doing business in this space?" nonsense, but authentic "Wow, what a weird place for a cupboard" kind of stuff. It made looking at houses a bright, exciting affair.

Part way through our day, she surprised us with a visit to the open house we had originally loved. That's the house we ended up buying, and through the whole process, Laura had our backs. She made sure that not only was she connected to every part of the process, but that she knew we were doing okay as well. She even smoothed over a number of hiccups caused by the sellers with ease.

Basically, she's professional where it actually matters, and a fun, light-hearted, warm and caring friend everywhere else.

Laura Edler was a real trooper under extremely difficult circumstances for this purchase. Working with her virtually long distance, she vetted a long list of possibilities before I made the trip to tour the best of available homes. Found one! We thought. Upon inspection, and insurmountable repairs that would be necessary, Laura was on the hunt, again, to find a suitable home meeting my needs, budget and time constraints. And she came through like a champ! Made an offer the day we found it and closed just under a year ago. If she could find me what I needed for my special circumstances and walk me through the crazy online process (techy, I'm not) then she can certainly handle your purchase or sale without a hitch. She is on top of her game and will give her all to make the best happen for you!
