Laura and her husband John work tirelessly for their customers and have an incredible work ethic. I'm more than happy to recommend their services to anybody in the market looking to buy or sell a home. Laura helped my wife and I buy our first home together in 2009. It was a tough real estate market, chips were stacked against us, and we picked an extremely difficult sale – but she pulled it off flawlessly. In 2013 when we decided we wanted to sell and buy the home of our dreams we were in a bind. We needed to sell our house and secure financing as quickly as possible. Naturally my first call was to Laura, and without surprise she delivered! Laura had a buyer in ONE DAY, all cash, and navigated it through a 7-DAY escrow – while simultaneously helping us secure financing and negotiating the purchase of our new dream home. Customer service is the most important thing in the real estate business – and something Laura and John take VERY seriously. We liked all the candidates, but Laura stood out the most. Laura is professional, well organized, knowledgable and very responsive. She promised a quick sale, but the speed was shocking. The house sold in apprx. 2 weeks. - Laura did not ask me to post any reviews, but since I understand the importance of online reviews, a thank you wasn't enough.
