I highly recommend Laura Creazzo when selling your home. She puts real effort into reaching potential buyers. She has an enthusiastic attitude and it shows in the walk thru videos she produces in her effort to make the sell. She is knowledgeable about the business, and her practical approach garnered my trust immediately. She was very professional with our contract, and provided excellent advice. Laura is no nonsense and didn’t even entertain lowball offers from buyers and their realtors, and therefore didn’t waste my time. She uses modern technology on smartphones to accommodate our needs when completing paperwork. My wife and I are extremely pleased with her work, and have already contracted with her to sell another property.

Laura made all the difference in the world. She was honest and upfront through the whole process. She stood her ground and protected me as a seller and even spoke up when the closing attorney messed up the commission. Literally took money out of her pocket when the realtors were over paid and no one noticed while at the closing table. She protects her people and stays honest from start to finish. A+ Service and highly recommended!
