Laura Featherston

Laura has been a realtor since 2002. She obtained her broker license in 2018. She loves her job - assisting clients and customers with their real estate needs, both buying and selling what can be the largest asset in their lives.

For buyers, Laura works with the entire spectrum: a first-time home buyer making their largest purchase and monetary investment; investment property buyers purchasing and renovating properties to flip or rental income to second home and luxury home buyer. Laura has experience across the board.

Laura’s goal as a listing agent is to assist her seller clients with pricing their property appropriately, marketing the home to the greatest number of potential buyers, and helping them achieve the biggest return on their real estate, with the least amount of aggravation.

Laura has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Her background in advertising, prior to entering the real estate industry, enables her to develop proven marketing strategies for their unique property and negotiate on their behalf.
