Laura is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable, well informed, well connected, friendly, thoughtful, and all around fantastic! There are so many words that come to mind, I know I'm missing a few. She found (and helped us purchase) two lots, she introduced us to our amazing builder who is building our dream home, and she sold our current home. She is very patient, easy to work with, and dedicates herself to you and your needs. We have never worked with anyone like her before, and can't say enough amazing things about her.

This review will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent Laura Flanagan. She assisted my husband and I with the purchase of a new home build in Brookline, NH in 2020/2021. I have worked with many real estate agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Laura is the best agent I have ever used. May I add that we were from out of state and Corona virus was in full effect.
Laura has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client’s best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions Laura normally handles but she treated my husband and I with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no- nonsense style. As a busy professional, I don’t have time to waste. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. She does a great job of listening to her client’s needs and giving her opinion when she believes it will help. (Thank you for not letting me pick out those lights, or that accent wall). She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late-night emails. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our build went very smoothly, and we closed on time.
As mentioned above, she represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. She is very smart, and transactions can sometime become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Laura represent me. Don’t make a mistake, use her for your next buy/sell.

Laura is the ultimate professional. She met with us before listing to see what we should improve before the house even hit the market. Her pricing was perfect. We had multiple buyers interested and an offer within the first 24 hours. Her advise during negotiation, including a few hiccups that arose during inspection, was helpful and honest. Laura made multiple house calls for us and the buyer, and frankly, worked her tail off. We’ve worked with her to buy and sell over the course of 7 years and her local real estate expertise is unmatched.
