I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Laura Gates Keogh of the Gates/Loth team. We have worked with a number of realtors and Laura has been by far the best. She helped us both sell and buy a home. She was patient with us, never pushy, clearly wanted the best home for our family, and advocated for us in terms of negotiations in both transactions. Laura has so much experience and a wealth of knowledge about all things real-estate related in the area. Also, she is fun and kind and a joy to spend time with. Laura went above and beyond in support of our family and I would recommend her to everyone I know!

Kathy and Laura of the Gates/Loth Team are truly the dynamic duo of real estate! We were in a major time crunch having sold our previous home much faster than expected. With three kids, two cats, and the school year rapidly approaching, they found us a great home in Wheaton FAST. Ten years later, we called on them again to help us find our forever house. They are knowledgeable, experienced and gracious. Highly recommended!

Kathy Loth and Laura Gates Keogh were everything I thought I needed and everything I didn’t even know I needed. They were kind. They were knowledgeable about the market and about selling my not-quite-usual property. They understood that this was a financial asset that I needed to protect, but at the same time, they allowed me love my house, even as I was wanting to leave it - and helped me find wonderful new people to love it in their own way going forward. The sale of our townhouse and the purchase of our single family home were both orchestrated by Laura Gates Keogh of Re-Max Suburban. We could not be happier or have expected any better service. Words fail to express the true emotion we feel. Like the captain of a ship Laura took us on a voyage. From the plan and pre-sale of the townhouse through the search and acquisition of our new home Laura kept us moving forward on our journey. When time and frustration allowed us to stray off course, Laura kept us focused and corrected us back on course to our future destination. A job well done. She is also good at feeding the homeless (long story).
