This was our first time dealing with a sale of a home, Laura was GREAT, she held our hands on each and every step of the way, fully explaining everything in simple language, when problems arose, she was able to contact contractors to have the problems solved in the shortest and most reasonable amount of time and cost to us. Didn't know Laura at all prior to us meeting through Zillow but she was fantastic the entire process.

We were trying to see house remotely at first and she would drive and do walk-throughs for us to get a better look at a property.

When we were able to get into town to look at homes she understood the urgency and was able to set us up for a weekend of house hunting which culminated is us finding our perfect home!

Her love and knowledge of the area is very evident and was such an asset for us.

Would highly recommend her for any of your real-estate needs.

Laura is the consummate professional.
She worked tirelessly in a very difficult market to find us a home.
She went above and beyond to help us look and was kind and responsive all the time.
When things did not work out for us she would say "it wasn't meant to be" and "maybe something will come up next week".
Laura never gave up or said she was too busy to help us look and we did look a lot!
We purchased the most wonderful home that suited our needs when it was meant to be and in the process Laura become someone we consider a friend.
We would never hesitate to recommend her to others.

Laura is the very best realtor you could get. She will go above and beyond for you. For me she dealt with three different points of view as what we were trying to buy while getting texts at 2 in the morning due to time difference with expert negotiation. She guided us through a tight market looking for the deals as soon as they hit the market. We were working with a short deadline that she was able to meet with time to spare. If there were any problems she would work all hours to resolve the problem. She is able to negotiate financing falling through without skipping a beat or delaying move in date. Laura also kindly and compassionately connected about personal concerns such fear of first home and health concerns. I would 100% recommend Laura for all your needs.

Laura did a wonderful job working with me in the sale of our Uncle's home. Our Uncle has been in an assisted living facility for 3 years and this past year he has been in quarantine and he was therefore not able to participate fully in the sale. However, she did take time to talk with him over the phone and through a zoom meeting. Whenever a problem arose she would contact me and I would talk with our Uncle and get the information she deeded. Everything was done very professionally, efficiently, and on a timely basis. First of all, I am not a person who writes reviews, but I feel like this time I definitely had to make an exception. Our experience with other “Realtors” has been the worst ever. My husband and I have tried to sell our home 3 other times in 4 years. All the realtors we interviewed talk a good talk until you sign the contract to sell your home with them and then they completely forget you, and if you get no offers, they are quick to want you to reduce your price.

Laura and business associate Angie have been wonderful. The best part of the entire experience with Laura and Angie at Coldwell Banker was the communication, and follow-up. Our house sold in 2 months. A special shout out to Coldwell Banker’s photographer who took the pictures of our home. Neighbors were calling about how beautiful my home looked. I can’t say enough good things about this dynamic duo. They know the real estate business, they are wise, they have experience, they are courteous and best of all, provide excellent customer service.
