I recently transferred from another state and wanted to purchase a home before the transition to Texas. Laura listened and understood what I wanted in my new home. She did a wonderful job of researching and finding homes that met my needs around downtown Houston. She would tour the homes on my behalf and we would talk at night about her insights and observations. When I did fly down to Houston, she dedicated that weekend to helping me tour homes that made the short list of potential properties. It was a marathon home tour of Houston, but so organized, we were able to see 14 homes all over the area. She really knows Houston and the surrounding area housing market so well. Laura has great customer service skills and did a remarkable job of grasping what was most important to me in my new home. I am so glad I worked with Laura! She helped me find the perfect home.

Laura Hughes helped me and my wife search for and eventually purchase a lot to build our home on. She is very knowledgeable in the entire Houston area. She pinpointed the exact areas and type of lots we wanted and did so very quickly. Laura took the extra effort to go above and beyond when talking with the sellers to ensure we had the best opportunity to purchase the lot. Upon finding the lot, the process from there went very smoothly with Laura's help. She has a great level of understanding for the closing process and was there to help every step of the way. Upon closing on the lot, Laura helped us locate an architect to draw up our house plans. Once our house was complete we had to have a final close on the house. Laura made sure she was there to walk us through this process as well. Without her help and hard work we would not be in the beautiful home we are living today. We appreciate all she has done and would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
