I have been in Breckenridge and Vail, CO real estate since 2005 and never tire of the mountains and their beauty. It is amazing here! It leaves little wonder why Summit and Eagle County are international vacation destinations. I have been involved in real estate for many years. As the owner of a Breckenridge vacation management company, I have a very keen sense of how well a potential investment can perform. I know which locations have the best ROI, and I know what upgrades can bring big returns.
INVESTOR: I am an investor in Breckenridge myself. I have owned condos and homes throughout Breckenridge that I have bought, sold, rented, upgraded, done major renovations on, built and designed new construction homes, and more. I can relate on a very personal level to those wishing to invest in Summit County as well.
EMPLOYING BROKER: I own my own real estate company in Breckenridge. As such, I get to spend all the time necessary to help my buyers and sellers meet their goals. I don’t have quotas to meet, I don’t have a boss to please, I only my clients to serve. I have extensive realtor education, certifications, and designations in real estate. I have been involved in land sales, commercial property sales, constructing new homes, helping primary and secondary home owners, helping investors, as well as international buyers. I love new challenges and problem solving to help all of my clients meet their goals.
MARKETING EXPERTISE: I have a background in engineering and mathematics, a rare combination in a realtor. I worked for IBM and Hewlett Packard before starting down my entrepreneurial journey. I know how to program websites, drive traffic through SEO, use Google Adwords, and in short, I know how to market properties.
