I have been in Breckenridge and Vail, CO real estate since 2005 and never tire of the mountains and their beauty. It is amazing here! It leaves little wonder why Summit and Eagle County are international vacation destinations. I have been involved in real estate for many years. I know which locations have the best ROI, and I know what upgrades can bring big returns.
INVESTOR: I am an investor in Breckenridge myself. I have owned condos and homes throughout Breckenridge that I have bought, sold, rented, upgraded, done major renovations on, built and designed new construction homes, and more.
