Laura Monteleone

I have been a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida since 2015 and have been passionate about Real Estate ever since. I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers, including first-time home buyers, families, snow birds, professionals needing to relocate, and even military families. As a wife to a Veteran I am very familiar with VA loans in addition to conventional financing. My husband and I are also active real estate investors and have experience with non-traditional forms of financing as well as working with other investors, multi-families, rentals and wholesalers.

I currently service Lake, Sumter, Orange, and Polk counties with Wheatley Realty Group.
