Laura was so helpful as our selling agent! We were moving our family out of state and, with all we had on our plate, Laura made the process the least stressful as possible. She was so organized and put in so much time and effort to send us to-do lists, timelines, and reminders so we didn't miss anything or become overwhelmed. She has such a warm and easy-going personality but, at the same time, is all business and will work tirelessly to achieve your goals and make you happy. We ended up selling our house, after 2 days of showings, for 15% over asking price! The process was absolutely seamless. Too bad we moved halfway across the country because we would have definitely wanted Laura as our buying agent as well. She is fantastic!

When we started considering selling our home (a first for us), our only thought was to call Laura Pacheco. Within days, she came to us with an entire informational packet that outlined what we could expect, what the market was looking like for homes similar to ours, and how she would work with us every step of the way. And she did just that! Laura went to bat for us time and time again to make sure we got the most out of our sale. On every offer we received, Laura gave us invaluable guidance on which steps to take, while at the same time never pressuring us into anything we weren't comfortable with. She had a finger on the pulse of the real estate market as it changed by the hour, and worked tirelessly to ensure we were solidly under contract before another federal interest rate hike took effect. Laura pored over every line of every document to make sure our bases were covered and to guarantee both we and our buyers were satisfied. She made us a priority, and despite her busy schedule, was available day and night to update us and give us advice. We can't recommend Laura or her services enough. She made a stressful process much easier to understand and held our hands through each and every bump in the road.

Laura helped me and my wife every step along the way in the process of buying our first home. It was a challenge with us being three hours away and going through a personal loss close to closing, but she was always there when we needed her and was very careful to make sure we understood every aspect of the process. She's knowledgeable, professional, and will give you every tool you need to make a decision without pressuring you into anything. She’s like another mom to us and we never doubted she had our best interests at heart. We can’t recommend her enough!!!

Laura is simply amazing. She knows her job and does it amazingly. She made the home buying process feel less stressful and more like hanging out with a friend. She checks in and makes herself available whenever you need her. Laura listened to what we were looking for and made sure we saw what fit. She made sure we walked in to every house (and there were many!) fully informed and was a shark when writing offers. Laura is one of the most attentive and helpful friends to have in real estate. She stood by me for close to 7 months of looking for a house in a truly terrible housing market😂😂. Laura was patient and kind during this hard transition of buying a house. She would take me to look at multiple properties on my days off and was so available to go even if it was last minute or random. She even set up viewings for me with another agent while on vacation, talk about commitment!! She was great, knowledgeable, and could point out small important things that I never would have noticed about a house!! Buying a first home can be quite scary, not knowing what to look for or what you may end up with. How do you know this is my house? How do we begin and end the process? So many question and yet Laura answered all of them and many more! If she doesn’t know it she’ll find it but I’m quite positive she does! One of the most outgoing lady’s I think I might know and just nice as could be. Laura made herself fit to fly at a moments notice all because I couldn’t control my work schedule as most can’t. She would meet me at a house with many more sellers disclosures ready to start the hunt. Finding the house for me wasn’t easy but with Laura by my side it was more than doable. Never doubt and have faith cause Laura WILL make it happen no matter what it takes!

Laura is the best realtor in the industry and we have worked with a lot of realtors and especially during the pandemic when you couldn’t get a house anywhere Laura was able to work with our schedules to show us houses and find is our dream house, and even after the house hunt is over Laura never fails to reply back about any questions we have about the house however basic they are if they range from we can’t find the keys to how to turn the sprinkler on lol. We can always count on Laura and that is what we love the most so if your buying a house Laura is the way to go.

A true dream come true. Such a awesome lady. I told her about my dream home and did she ever find it. I had a goal set and ready to buy my forever home. It didn't take her long at all to find many many homes for us but she found the perfect home for me and my family. Laura is a great realtor to work with. She was available, answered all our questions immediately, worked to make sure everything went smoothly. She was the reason we got the house- 14 other offers, we were under an FHA loan and we still won the house. She was present for everything and was timely!! We didn't have to wait for her to text or call back, to show up, anything. Icing on the cake- Laura is a fun person, she is personable and not afraid to be completely honest. This was the first time my fiancee and I have bought a house so you can imagine how clueless we were to certain steps to make in such a process, Laura was GOD sent. I am not even sure I can find. The proper words for me to express how amazing Laura is at her job not only has she helped us find our first home but she made the process enjoyable.
