The first 13 years of my career were in insurance as a commercial, condo, home, and farm claims adjuster and trainer. My experience in insurance estimatics allows me to be well-versed in construction and pricing associated with different trades. This also helps me quickly identify common problem areas that may cost homeowners thousands out of pocket to repair. Buyers find this extremely helpful in a market with limited opportunities for inspections.

My husband and I self-manage 8 rental units in the Lincoln area, and we have a love for property rehabilitation. We spent 6.5 years restoring and preserving an 1890's Queen-Anne home which now on the local and national historic registries. As an investment property specialist, I assist in calculating return on investments, completing rental market analyses, and integrating property management tools.
