I used Laura to sell my house. We talked in general terms of preparations needed & when to list the house. Laura had qualified buyers wanting to see the house before preparations were completed, or the house listed. Had a great contract in several days, and settlement occurred within a month. The entire process was a breeze.

When I had questions/comments along the way, Laura got back to me right away. Highly recommend Laura for your real estate needs. Good negotiator.

Laura and her team were awesome! My brother and I recently sold my father’s house after he passed away. My father had a reverse mortgage so I wanted an agent who understood reverse mortgages and how to deal with that aspect of things during a home sale and Laura definitely did. I live in Florida but that really didn’t complicate anything at all. Laura is very knowledgeable, motivated, detail oriented and easy to work with! She had me download an app where I could view the listing and was alerted to every showing and also feedback from the agents and their clients. It kept me involved every step of the way even though I wasn’t in the state. The home sold quickly and we were very impressed with Laura and her team during the entire process! Thank you for everything!
