Lauren went above and beyond to help sell my childhood home. She was very knowledgeable of the market and had great recommendations on what would matter to buyers. We had a last minute snafu will the water well and Lauren was tireless in orchestrating estimates with vendors and understanding drilling codes with the town. Lauren ultimately oversaw all the work given I live out of town and communicated constantly throughout the process. Selling a home can be stressful but Lauren made the process so much easier. I cannot recommend Lauren enough.

Where do I start? This woman is amazing! She is so patient, relatable, genuinely concerned for her clients needs & wellbeing, & so much more. She goes above and beyond in every aspect of her job, and is impressively responsive! Lauren never makes it feel like you’re wasting her time hence her taking the time to go through every minor detail when showing a home to make sure it’s a perfect fit. We’ve been through some obstacles but Lauren made the ordeal much less stressful and I highly recommend her skills & expertise in either buying or selling a home. Couldn’t be more grateful! There aren’t many left like her!

Lauren not only did a fantastic job of selling my house, but she also worked diligently to help me find a new place to rent quickly. She was very professional, and thoroughly answered any of my questions about the sale as well as the current market.
