We recently moved to Pittsburgh from the Deep South, and were looking for a home in a family-friendly neighborhood. Our search was complicated by the fact that we were looking here in Pittsburgh while still at home in Mississippi, and Lauren was incredibly accommodating and was happy to give us video tours of homes (some on very short notice!). She was always prompt in responding to our calls, texts, and e-mails, which was essential in a housing market like that of Pittsburgh. Sold a Single Family home in Monroeville, PA. We did quite a bit of research when choosing an agent to sell our home. We had a mere 40 day window to sell to be able to move to the dream home we had found. Might I mention that most of those days fell in the month of August (also known as the worse month in the market) and with the true mark of professionalism, our house was sold in 30 days! I really don't think Lauren thought there would be a problem with her executing our rather unreasonable request - and she was right. We were so very impressed with the abundance of personal service we received. As investment property buyers, we are painfully aware that this is not usually the case. We spoke with Lauren and then met with her at our home.
