First time selling a house and Lauren was perfect for us. We know little to nothing about buying/selling a home and as you know it can be really stressful. Lauren was so helpful answering all of our questions (sometimes late night eek!) and guiding us in the right direction. It was a quick sell and we couldn't have done it without her, we sold a house and gained a friend. 5 out of 5 stars for Lauren!

Lauren sold our house very quickly and easily. She got us many offers to choose from, most of which were above our asking price. Anytime we needed her for questions, concerns or advice she responded in a flash and was always helpful and professional. My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out. As first time home buyers during a pandemic, Lauren made the process easy and stress-free. We were confident that Lauren understood the market during these unprecedented times and trusted her expertise in the different locations where we were looking to buy. Lauren was dedicated to helping us find our dream home in such a limited time frame. Lauren was able to find our home, get our offer accepted, and make settlement within a month. Lauren was also present when our contractor and painters came for estimates which was amazing because we had no idea what we wanted, what our options were, or how much things cost. She was able to help us visualize making this house our home and didn’t hurt that she spoke to the contractor since I know nothing about weight bearing walls and flooring. I can say with 100% certainty that Lauren is amazing at her job and makes buying a home simple and painless. She would also be an amazing interior decorator!

Lauren helped my wife and I find a house at the shore in North Wildwood. Going into the process, we did not know much about how to even begin our search or about the real estate laws in New Jersey. Lauren made the whole process seamless and eased all of our concerns. She made the 4 hour round trip drive to the shore many times to help us look at a number of houses until we found the one that we liked. In the end, we found the perfect house for our family. A year ago, we would have never thought this was possible. Lauren helped us achieve a long time dream of ours and walked us through the entire process. Lauren helped us find the most perfect apartment when we moved from New York City to Philadelphia three months ago. She was extremely accommodating, communicative, and friendly throughout the entire process of finding the apartment, signing our lease, and moving in. She even went above and beyond for us, helping us by picking up our parking permit signs for our moving truck and posting them on our behalf since we were moving from a different state. When we arrived, she sent us an email welcoming us to the neighborhood and included a very helpful list of things to do in the neighborhood with our son. From start to finish, she made a very huge change in our lives significantly more pleasant and less stressful.

Lauren was a sincere pleasure to work with and helped navigate the stressful process of finding my dream apartment seamlessly. I was in town for a couple days with the mission of finding an apartment back in May. I contacted Lauren after walking around an area I liked and seeing her sign. She was fast and efficient at scheduling a meeting while I was in town and after liking the apartment, helped answer all my questions, negotiate what I needed and was really friendly and supportive during the process. Lauren was great! Very helpful with each step of the process and more importantly patient with the many places we saw. Our process was not the easiest but she did a fantastic job pushing the contractors to hold schedules and get us to the settlement table. She was very transparent with all information and communication and really fights for her clients best interest. I would highly recommend giving Lauren an opportunity to find your next house!

Lauren MacDonald was the realtor for the buyer while my wife and I were the sellers. We were very pleasantly surprised at how efficient and responsive Lauren was. She took care of any issues that cropped up in a prompt manner. She is courteous and very professional in her interactions with both buyers and sellers. Having engaged in many real estate transactions over the past 30 years, we feel that Lauren places in the top echelon of realtors we have dealt with.
