Lauren Mingay is the founder of The Lauren Mingay Team and the ‘go-to' name when it comes to buying or selling a home in North East Ohio. A Wooster native, Lauren obtained her Real Estate license in 2006 and with the help of her amazing team and strong work ethic she has been a Top Producer since 2015. As an expert in the Wooster market, she has now extended to the surrounding areas of Smithville, Orrville, Apple Creek, Shreve, West Salem, Burbank, Creston, Fredericksburg, Dalton and Holmes County.

The Lauren Mingay Team began in 2016. As a forward thinker, Lauren realized the future of real estate was moving to Teams and in order to maintain the best service for her clients she added a passionate, motivated and creative members. In one year they were able to double their sales and sell over ten million dollars in real estate. In 2017 The Lauren Mingay Team provided homes to 120 families with a sales volume of 22 million, again over doubling. Through 2019 Lauren and her team continued to lead the real estate market in Wayne County.
