Lauren Murphree

Lauren Murphree is a licensed Realtor with RealtySouth specializing in listing and selling homes. She enjoys working with first-time home buyers and sellers as well as seasoned homeowners who can appreciate her expertise in marketing and negotiating. She really enjoys teaching her clients about the process and making their real estate transactions as smooth as possible. With over 12 years of expertise, there is never a situation she can't find a solution for.

Lauren has been a member of the Birmingham Association of REALTORS, the Alabama Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS since September 2012. In 2013, she was awarded Realty South - Crestline's Rookie of the Year and was a finalist for Rookie of the Year for the Birmingham Association of Realtors. She was an active member of her local Vestavia BNI Chapter until Sept 2017 and enjoys networking as a member of Young Professionals. With over $65 million dollars in closed sales and more than 250 clients served, Lauren is routinely found on Top Producer's Lists both at RealtySouth and the MLS as a whole. She also holds an ABR (accredited buyer representative), SFR (short sales and foreclosures), and REA Consultant Certification (professional staging) designations. Lauren graduated from the University of Alabama in 2006, married her college sweetheart in 2009, and has called Birmingham home since 2007.
