Lauren Narozniak

Lauren joined Pardee Properties as a specialized Buyer’s Agent in 2017 after four years at Teles Properties. She is excited to be able to offer her clients the off-market listings they regularly receive. And on a personal level, she is proud to part of a team that puts a strong emphasis on personal growth. Lauren feels lucky every day to be a part of a mindfulness-focused team.

Originally from Louisiana, she has called Venice her home for ten years after transferring from New York City, which makes her a great resource for her client’s moving to L.A. for the first time. Lauren’s broad travels have also provided her with a sincere passion for design and architecture. Her approach is to help narrow down her client’s search criteria, and make the seemingly overwhelming process a streamlined and happy experience.

Graduating from college in New Orleans, Lauren’s southern roots show in her ability to anticipate the needs of her clients, offering a comfortable, service-orientated approach. When not working with clients, she can be found racing sailboats weekly out of Marina del Rey.
