Lauren Nelson

Growing up in Fairfax, Virginia, Lauren spent many summer vacations along the Outer Banks. A 1989 graduate of Virginia Tech, Lauren found that the shores of the Atlantic beckoned her more than the hustle and bustle of DC! Lauren and her husband Rob enjoy exploring the Outer Banks with their fun loving children Olivia and Skylar. Lauren & Rob designed and built their home in Colington themselves, quite a feat as neither had much prior know-how! It was that experience that turned Lauren's sights toward her career in real estate! Now successfully working in the field since 1999, Lauren has helped many buyers and sellers make the most of their Outer Banks investments, combining her love of the area and thorough knowledge of the real estate market with a talent for client service. Lauren now works as a team with Broker Steve Clarke, offering the combined efforts of two dedicated and skilled real estate professionals. Lauren joined Resort Realty in our Duck office in September of 2003.
