We live in VA and were referred to Lauren by our realtor who sold our rental house in WA. We were looking to purchase 25 acres of land site unseen. Lauren exceeded our expectations. She was prompt in replying to our emails and texts asking for information on several properties. Lauren was knowledgeable about the land, covenants and process. Once we found the land we wanted to purchase it was an easy and smooth process that she guided us through. She always made sure we understood what we were signing, provided a detailed outline of due dates and what things meant since we have never purchased just land. She even went to the property to ensure the boundaries were marked for us. We had to apply for a septic system permit so a perc test could be done. This took 5 weeks to get approved. During these 5 weeks she stayed in communication with us and communicated to the sellers agent with the progress. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone who is looking to purchase a house or property.

I was impressed with Darien’s friendly positive attitude, diligent work ethic and professionalism. They helped us prepare our old home for best presentation promptly and had it priced just right. I dreamed of giving up my keys for my old home and step right into my new home on the same day, a big challenge. Darien took me each day wherever and whenever we found a good prospect. Darien’s suggestions were superb fitting my needs and desires. I was very picky. The house sold soon and sold well at our set price. We found a home I wanted to make an offer on. She had other clients and a family yet worked hard till midnight getting my offer in by the deadline. However, I got lucky! My favorite house I had found earlier at the beginning of my search sadly had 2 solid offers. So no go, I was bummed. I asked Darien and Sharre to keep in touch with that realtor in case it came back open. They did, and fortunately it had! We checked my first choice out. I loved it, we bid on it and am now very happily living it in it And yes, I was able to close out and move into my new home on the same day. Doesn’t get much better than that. Lauren was absolutely outstanding. I was looking to sell my rental property, and from very early on, she clearly outlined several scenarios and options to navigate the market and receive top-dollar for my listing. Since I had renters in the property, it took about 4-5 months, but once things got going in motion everything moved quickly. Lauren was prepared, available, and most of all communicative about the entire process, including any and all details, potential for delays, etc. All in all, we went from reacquiring the property, performing a few updates, listing to under contract in about 3 weeks (in the Fall). I just want to expand my my review from a year ago. We had multiple wonderful experiences with this team of agents if your looking to sell or buy they have you covered.

First, had a great experience selling our three trailers with Lauren. They were a bit of fixer uppers but they bought all three which helped us with the down payment for our first home.

In steps Nellie, she helped us choose our first home. She was wonderful as we asked her so many questions but she was so patient.

Next, Zech showed us around Hayden as we looked at more homes. He was patient in showing us a number of homes and was very knowledgeable on how we could fix the homes to what we needed. Due to the current prices vs what we were needed I we waiting on purchasing a new home for now. But Zech has said when we are ready he will be there.

A wonderful team! I appreciate each of them!

Nellie went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect home. I am active duty military and my wife was out of state. With my variable schedule and my wife's distance trying to find a home was looking to become quite the task. Nellie was very responsive to my wife out of state and was able to arrange facetime showings of properties in a very timely matter. Once we narrowed our search down Nellie was able to help show us all of the properties in one day. This may not sound like a lot but she scheduled 10 showings back to back to back in one day that fit my schedule so I was able to see all of the homes.

Once we selected the home we liked she negotiated the offer for us at the price we wanted. From there she also was able to negotiate all the items we wanted fixed. We had a smooth and one time closing with great communication of all items along the way. This was our third home purchasing experience and the best yet.

As first time home buyers, my wife and I looked at the whole process the same way we looked at buying a car. Overflowing with anxiety and worry that we were going to be taken full advantage of. But working with Lauren made that whole process seamless and dare we say, FUN. We had a million questions and she was always there to explain it to us. Even for me, which required a little more of a delicate approach and explained it like I just found out what a house is. We cannot recommend using Lauren as your realtor more; so you can have the same great experience we did. That is unless you’re one of those that enjoy making life more difficult for yourself.
