When we first started looking to purchase on the Cape, we weren’t convinced we would even need to use the services of a real estate agent, mainly because we are quite adept at getting information online through sites like Zillow and realtor.com. We quickly realized, however, that the real estate market on the Cape is extraordinarily fast-paced and difficult to navigate without the help of an experienced agent. Houses would go under contract literally hours after going on the market, with everyone but the quickest and most connected buyers left empty-handed.

Enter Lauren. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say she knows just about everyone on the Cape, and has developed strong relationships with other agents, attorneys, bankers, inspectors, builders… you name it. She was able to leverage these relationships and help us navigate the purchasing process from beginning to end. Additionally, Lauren knows the pros and cons of every neighborhood, including which areas are most desirable, which have potential for higher resale value, or specific ordinances unique to individual towns. This knowledge is invaluable, and certainly can’t be ascertained just from looking online.

On a personal note, Lauren was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our needs/wants, was immediately available for any and all questions, and was constantly searching for properties to meet our needs. Once we were under contract, she continued to help us through the process, helping to mitigate any potential roadblocks to closing. I can’t imagine going through the process without her assistance, and am happy to recommend Lauren Scioletti!
