Lauren Talvet

Lauren is a full time Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach, Realtors® and is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the National, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Bucks County and Mercer County Associations of Realtors.

In addition to working with buyers and sellers, she has also earned additional designations, Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE®), which provide her with extra knowledge when working with some of her clients. As a SRES®, Lauren has the necessary expertise to assist the 55+ population in the sale of their homes and their downsizing to new homes. As a CDPE®, she has the experience needed to provide financially strapped homeowners with options to foreclosure and successfully negotiate short sales with the bank on their behalf. She continues to further her education so that she can stay informed of the ever-changing real estate market to better assist her clients.

Lauren also renovates and redesign homes right here in her local community. Her husband and her are beautifying Bucks County one home at a time by repairing neglected homes that need a facelift. Through the renovation of these homes, she is able to increase property values, work with contractors to bring jobs to the area and gain insight into the current features that buyers want in a home. Being involved in the redesign and resale of homes allows her to stay on top of popular design trends, which in turn helps her sell her clients’ homes faster and closer to asking price.
